On Tuesday 26th March, Rymer Childs will be launching The Burnside Conversations in Melbourne.
This is a series of short, sharp, thought-provoking conversations about the state of our democracy and the decline of human rights. They are essential viewing at a time when the volume of hate speech is rising and reliable voices are hard to find.
This is a unique opportunity to see a selection of them screened at ACMI.
Julian Burnside will be there for a Q&A session with award-winning journalist, Damien Cave, currently the Australian bureau chief of the New York Times.
Tickets are available now from ACMI https://www.acmi.net.au/events/burnside-conversations/
Location: ACMI Cinema, Federation Square, Melbourne
Time: 7.15 pm
Date: 26th March.
